From there we’ll develop an Amazon Success Strategy for you. It is our goal during this free strategy session to provide actionable Next Steps that you can use to move your business forward on Amazon. We believe that we reap what we sow, so this strategy session is for you. We will give you honest guidance, even if that would mean not working with us.
After your Amazon Strategy Session, we will walk through the system we’ve designed to get you to your goals and show you how we can help take away those Amazon headaches for you along the way. This pathway is focused on unlocking Amazon in a way that meets your goals and objectives.
After reviewing your Amazon Scaling Pathway, we’ll send you the Ecom Optimization agreement. You'll find straightforward, all-inclusive pricing (no decoder ring needed). Provided it meets your approval, we’ll move directly into our Onboarding Session….
This is the official Kickoff of our relationship together! On your Onboarding call, you’ll be introduced to your Amazon Account Manager who will get everything set up. Additionally, we will begin gathering assets from you and your team that will allow us to move forward on your 3, 6, and 12-month Goals. If that all sounds a bit confusing - don’t worry, it’s not. What’s more, you’ll always have the final say, and your dedicated Account Manager is there to help you at any point along the way.
After years of testing different communication styles & strategies, we’ve learned that to be most effective, twice-monthly person-to-person Strategy Sessions are the best way to truly learn the ins-and-outs of your Brand. Whether it's an upcoming launch of a new product, an inventory change, or a national TV spot, these Strategy Sessions are designed as accountability for us to you, as well as quick check-ins to keep you well-informed and to give you the confidence that you are always ahead of the plan.
